Description

Brookside Village is a retail-oriented development incorporating a wide array of uses within its 10-acre site. The project includes a 21,630 square-foot multi-tenant retail building (at the corner of Brookside and Bell); a 5,400 square foot office building; a Desert Motorsports showroom, sales, and service facility; a Tutor Time daycare facility; and a Meineke Car Care facility. The existing Walgreen’s pharmacy, on the corner of Bell and Reems, is not a part of Brookside Village but was incorporated into the project’s traffic circulation and access patterns.

The architectural theme and the materials utilized in the design and construction of this project were chosen to ensure a high level of quality for a project of this type. Although combining a diverse mix of uses and building sizes within the project, each building was designed to achieve architectural conformity with the same level of quality and design.
